Heritage Lane is a behavioral assisted living community accepting individuals who have a behavioral diagnosis such as bipolar disorder, traumatic brain injury, schizophrenia, and other mental health disorders. The behavioral program is managed by Dr. Lana Peterson, DNP, PMHNP. She is a very experienced, well-known psychiatric practitioner in Arizona. Think of Heritage Lane as a community with built-in mental health services where residents do not need to visit an office and have immediate access to services on-demand as needed.
