They are on top of my brothers activities and are very concerned with his safety. While being there he has been able to do several activities where in the other places this was not an option. Some of the activities include going to a Diamond Backs game, going to the movies, taking them to Walmart each week. They also get to help choose what is on the menu. The staff is very friendly and cares about the needs of their residents. They have also been very helpful whenever I have a question or a concern. Our Staff

Heritage Lane is staffed with individuals who have specific roles and responsibilities. Often in assisted living we see employees wearing many hats. At our community, for example, an employee hired to be a caregiver is a caregiver, not a caregiver and a cook.

Heritage Lane expects our employees to uphold the highest standards of care and respect for the residents. We know the residents’ rights and we work to ensure those rights are respected even while encouraging the resident to follow their behavior plan of action.

All employees are required to receive a minimum of 10 hours of behavior training annually. A licensed mental health nurse practitioner provides the monthly training.
